The properties owned in common by Wardour residents and managed by the Wardour Improvement Association include several beaches (Scott, Westwood, Gudger, Wardour, Crescent, Norwood, and Essex), the reserved areas in gray, and the old railroad right of way from the Severn River to Annapolis Street (apart from a couple of parcels).
