English Ivy is overwhelming many of neighborhood trees, blocking their access to light and nutrients, holding moisture against their bark where bacteria and fungus can grow, and making them more prone to falling.

You can help us help us help these trees!

We invite you to join us weekend for a

Coffee and Clip

Saturday 21 March 

9:00-11:00 a.m. 

We’ll provide the coffee. If you’ve got them, please bring:

• a mug for coffee
• gloves
• clippers
• small hacksaw or pruning saw

We will go over how to remove ivy from trees and the ground, creating a “ring of life,” and then practice by removing ivy from around trees on our common property.
